Pedro Oriol continued his good start to the 2018 Race to Dubai season with another consistent performance in Morocco at the weekend. Moving in the right direction, James Heath made his first cut of the campaign and last but certainly not least, Jamie Elson did exceptionally well to make the cut given his lack of golf following the injury he picked up in Malaysia.
The Royal Golf Dar Es Salam course in Rabat is one of the hardest on tour and with a high quality field assembled, to make the cut demonstrates that all three men are not far away from top form. It was my first visit to Morocco and I must say I was very impressed with the tournament organisation and despite some of the greens being, lets be kind and say borderline I can see the Tropheé Hassan II tournament going from strength to strength.
Well done lads on some excellent grinding and pay cheques all round!
